Dog owners are bending the rules when it comes to bringing their four-legged pals on the New York subway.
Official MTA rules state “No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container.”
Commuters are pushing the “container” rule to ensure their pooches can catch the subway with them.
