Popeye was a skinny, heavily matted and dirty stray dog, living on the streets of Los Angeles, before a stroke of luck saved him.
LA resident Ivy Diep instantly fell in love with the pooch and decided he deserved nothing less than a giant meal every day.
Diep started an Instagram account @popeyethefoodiedog to document their lavish food dates.
But don’t worry, Popeye is a well-mannered gentleman at the table so he only eats dog-friendly foods.
